The TMG Electronic Pedal is designed for use in electrohydraulic brake and/or electronic throttle control applications. It provides force feedback proportional to pedal rotation. A rotary sensor provides one or more analog outputs that are proportional to pedal rotation. A variety of pedal configurations and sensing options are available.

The TMG Large Flow Accumulator Charging Valve is designed for installation in an open-center hydraulic system between the pump and its relief valve and the downstream secondary hydraulic devices; for example, a power steering control valve and cylinder installed in the same hydraulic circuit.The Accumulator Charging Valve supplies oil to an accumulator from an open center circuit on demand. This is accomplished at a preset rate, Lpm, at a selected pressure and is constant within the preset pressure limits.The flow to the downstream secondary hydraulic devices will be reduced when the accumulator is charging. This does not noticeably affect the operation of these components. Full system pressure is available to the downstream secondary hydraulic devices at all times provided oil delivery and pressure from the pump and relief valve are not impeded. The accumulator charging flow rates and upper and lower accumulator pressure limits are set at the time of manufacture.

The TMG Solenoid Valve is designed for open-center, closed-center, and load sensing hydraulic systems. When used a properly sized accumulator and an Accumulator Charging Valve, these valves provide parking and emergency power-off barking.

The TMG Relay Valve is designed for open-center, closed-center, and load sensing hydraulic systems. When used a properly sized accumulator and an Accumulator Charging Valve, these valves provide normal and emergency power-off barking. Commonly used for mining and coal safety vehicles. These valves are commonly used in systems with long brake pipelines or large brake displacements. They are installed near the brake to improve the response speed of the brake system, and their output pressure changes proportionally to the pilot pressure.

The TMG Lever Actuated Positive Modulating Brake Valve is designed for open-center, closed-center, and load sensing hydraulic systems. When used a properly sized accumulator and an Accumulator Charging Valve, these valves provide normal and emergency power-off barking.

The TMG Reverse Modulating Brake Valve can be used in negative braking systems to actuate a spring apply hydraulic release service brake. The term “reverse modulating” is used because pressure is decreased to actuate the brake from a preset pressure that keeps the brake fully released. The preset pressure is regulated to a level above the full release pressure of the brake and must be maintained to assure that brake drag does not occur.
