Processing Procedure
1.Disassemble structural parts, conduct shot blasting and sand blasting for rust removal
2. Flaw detection of frame structure
3. Internal boring combined with remanufacturing standards
4. Carry out final assembly according to MSHA standards to ensure the torque standard of new vehicles
5. Professional maintenance center testing of core components, standard wiring and pipe laying of new vehicles
6. Industrial performance test and running in test
The workshop before and after the processing can be customized to ensure the material and processing accuracy and the original vehicle, so as to achieve absolute replacement. -
Factory Review
Pin shaft, shaft sleeve and other machined parts are processed by numerical control;
