Qingdao Tunnel Mine Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (TMG) was founded in 2016, it is a professional company integrating technology, manufacturing and trade in China's mining machinery field. TMG is headquartered in Qingdao, which serves as the R&D and sales center for mining machinery products; also, TMG has a production base in Qingzhou city, it is committed to the manufacturing and supply of underground mining machinery and construction machinery products.
Leveraging its strategic location at the core of Caterpillar's northern industrial cluster, TMG boasts a full-chain production supporting supply chain system covering mining equipment. This naturally equips us with the ability to share resources with world-class brands, significantly shortening the supply chain response cycle. Meanwhile, TMG possess good capabilities in independent and personalized design and customization. In terms of core processing capacity, relying on strong mechanical processing capabilities, TMG achieve one-stop full-process production and supply of structural parts and machined parts.
On the production end, high-precision and advanced equipment empower TMG's high-quality development. Our cooperative partner in the Qingzhou industrial park currently have over 150 sets of advanced processing equipment, and our company is equipped with advanced equipment such as GNU36*80 gantry machining centers, HM1000 horizontal machining centers, TK6916B floor-type boring and milling machines, VMC1000 vertical machining centers, CKJQ5250 large vertical lathes, YK31500A large gear hobbing machines, 500-ton four-column hydraulic presses, hydraulic four-roll plate bending machines, CNC bending machines, welding robots, laser cutting machines, wire cutting machines, and automatic welding machines. At present, TMG has the capability for large-scale and customized manufacturing of small, medium and large mining equipment such as 10m³ bucket trackless underground loaders, 55-ton underground mining trucks, and 20-ton utility vehicles. TMG is now one of the first-class core manufacturing bases for mining equipment in China and a leading one in terms of scale in northern China.
Adhering to the development philosophy of "Technology as the foundation, integrity as the root", TMG integrates the Qilu craftsmanship spirit with pragmatic thinking to create "cost-effective, durable and easy-to-maintain" mining equipment vehicles, including underground loaders, underground mining trucks, auxiliary mining utility vehicles, mining loaders and backhoe loaders etc. All our mining equipment products have obtained China Mining Safety Certification and we support customization for our clients.
